No. Most clients start under NDA before launch. Say as much or as little as you're comfortable with on the first call, and we'll sign an NDA before going deeper.

It's a working session. You'll leave with a straight read on your story and brand whether or not we work together. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

It depends on scope, and we'll tell you the number plainly on the call rather than making you chase it. We also put a percentage of our fees at stake against the results we agree.

We take one new project a month, so it depends on the queue. If your launch date is fixed, tell us on the call and we'll be straight about whether we can hit it.
