Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms cover your use of yaya.co. They are short because this is a website that publishes our work and lets you contact us. There is nothing to sign up for, no account to create, and no software to license.
If we end up working together, the terms of that work live in a signed proposal and statement of work. That agreement governs the engagement. This page does not, and nothing here overrides it.
Who we are
Yaya Digital Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 11954846. Registered office: Fifth Floor Suite 23, 63/66 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8LE. Contact: hello@yaya.co
1. Using this site
Use it. Read it, share it, quote it with attribution, send it to your board. We would rather the ideas travelled.
What we ask you not to do:
- Break the law with it, or use it to break someone else's
- Probe, scan, or attack the site or the infrastructure behind it
- Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people
- Submit our forms automatically, or use them to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful
- Copy the site's design, code, or copy wholesale and pass it off as your own
We rate-limit form submissions and run an automated spam check. If a submission is blocked, that is why.
2. Who owns what
The design, code, copy, photography, and the Cult Products framework and its terminology are ours or our licensors'. Our name and logo are our trade marks.
Client work shown in case studies is published with the client's agreement. The underlying brands belong to those clients, and nothing here grants you a licence to their marks.
You may quote or reference our published articles and research with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish them in full, resell them, or feed them into a product that resells them.
3. What the site is, and is not
Everything published here is our opinion and our experience, offered generously and without charge. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship.
Case studies describe what happened for one company at one moment. They are evidence, not a forecast. We do not promise you the same outcome, because we would be lying.
We keep the site accurate and current, and we will correct errors when we find them or when you point them out. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or free of mistakes.
4. Forms and enquiries
Sending us an enquiry does not commit either of us to anything. We read every one. We reply to most. We are a small studio taking on a limited number of projects, so a reply is not an offer of work and silence is not a rejection you should read anything into. Chase us at hello@yaya.co.
Do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the contact form. If you need to tell us something under NDA, say so first and we will arrange it properly.
How we handle what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. The newsletter
Free, opt-in, and unsubscribable in one click from every issue. We send it when we have something worth sending. We do not run drip sequences, we do not sell the list, and we do not pass your address to anyone but the processors named in our privacy policy.
6. Links out
We link to third-party sites when they are worth reading. We do not control them, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Availability
This site is provided as-is and as-available. It runs on Vercel with a managed CMS, and it is reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change, move, or remove pages without notice.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it.
If you are using this site in the course of a business, the exclusions above apply in full. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights and nothing here affects them.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged on the page rather than made quietly.
